Biography:
All Gujarat Sports Council of the Deaf was established in 2001 at Ahmedabad, All Gujarat Sports Council of the Deaf, Ahmedabad, which is the apex organization of Gujarat for Deaf sports, is one of the sports organizations recognized by the Department of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of Gujarat, with the aim of promoting sports in the state. This is the only All Gujarat Sports Council of the Deaf of the State Sports Federation Association organizes various sports tournaments at the state level in all disciplines under a single umbrella. And also organizes and sponsors national level championships.
Our mission
All sports federations of Gujarat under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports and Sports Authority of Gujarat promote sports in the state of Gujarat and provide a beautiful platform to the players. Sports promotion is mainly the responsibility of various state sports federations which are autonomous. The role of the government is to create infrastructure facilities and promote capacity building for comprehensive sports as well as to achieve excellence in various competitive events at the state, national and international levels. All Gujarat Sports Council of The Deaf is ready to achieve these objectives and the schemes of the department.
